Refund & Cancelation Policy
At Promofox Digital, we strive to provide excellent service to all of our clients. However, we understand that there may be circumstances in which a client may want to request a refund or cancel their service. Below is our policy regarding refunds and cancellations:
Refunds:
- If a client is not satisfied with the services they have received, they may request a refund within 7 days of the completion of the service.
- To request a refund, the client must provide written notice to our company outlining the reasons for their dissatisfaction.
- Our team will review the request and, if deemed appropriate, issue a refund within 7 working days of the request.
Cancellations:
- A client may request to cancel their service at any time.
- If a client cancels their service before the completion of the agreed upon work, they will be charged for the work completed up to that point.
- If a client wishes to cancel their service after the completion of the agreed upon work, they will not be charged any additional fees.
Please note that this policy applies only to services rendered by our company. Any third-party fees or charges are non-refundable.
